The International Buddhism Center offers courses in

- Vipassana Meditation (Mahasi Sayadaw Tradition)
- Pali Chanting for westerners

Every course is by donation.

There is a short Dhammatalk every day for meditators.
On Buddha Day visitors can go to Evening Chanting at the temple at 5.30 pm (please buy flowers, candles and incence at the temple shop for 5 baht) and then go to the meditation hall at the IBC main building for a Dhammatalk in English at 8 pm followed by a 'Question and Answer' session you can stay overnight in a dormitory (please bring a sleeping bag) and have breakfast.

It is also possible to ordain as a monk or nun for a short or long period of time at Wat Phradhatu Doi Suthep. We advise meditators considering ordination to complete the Foundation and Advanced Review Course.

Meditators who wish to ordain for the duration of the meditation course should contact the International Buddhism Center in advance.
